NudgePay provides an automated invoice reminder service for contractors and small businesses. When a business uses NudgePay, their clients may receive SMS text messages containing payment reminders, invoice notifications, and thank-you messages related to outstanding or completed invoices.
Messages are sent on behalf of the business that entered your invoice information into NudgePay. Messages are transactional in nature and relate directly to services you have received and invoices owed.
You may receive the following types of messages:
Before receiving SMS messages from NudgePay, recipients must provide consent through one of the following methods:
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may decline SMS reminders and receive email-only notifications instead.
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by using any of these methods:
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-consent.
Message frequency varies based on the number of outstanding invoices and the reminder schedule configured by your service provider. Typically, you may receive 1–4 messages per month per outstanding invoice. Message frequency will not exceed the reminders scheduled for your invoices.
Message and data rates may apply. NudgePay does not charge recipients for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging and data fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
We respect your privacy. Phone numbers and message content are used solely to deliver invoice reminders on behalf of your service provider. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
