Messaging Policy

NudgePay provides an automated invoice reminder service for contractors and small businesses. When a business uses NudgePay, their clients may receive email messages containing payment reminders, invoice notifications, and thank-you messages related to outstanding or completed invoices.

Messages are sent on behalf of the business that entered your invoice information into NudgePay. Messages are transactional in nature and relate directly to services you have received and invoices owed.

You may receive the following types of messages:

• Payment reminder notifications for outstanding invoices
• Invoice due date reminders
• Payment confirmation and thank-you messages
• Consent confirmation messages

Before receiving email reminders from NudgePay, recipients must provide consent through one of the following methods:

• Web-based consent: clicking "Yes, I'd like to receive reminders" on the NudgePay consent page sent via a unique link from their service provider
• Direct consent: providing consent to the service provider (business) who enters the information into NudgePay

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You can stop receiving email reminders at any time by using any of these methods:

• Click the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of any reminder email
• Contact the business that sends you reminders and ask them to remove you
• Email us at support@getpaidwithnudge.com with your email address and a request to opt out

After opting out, no further reminder emails will be sent unless you re-consent.

Message frequency varies based on the number of outstanding invoices and the reminder schedule configured by your service provider. Typically, you may receive 1–4 emails per month per outstanding invoice. Message frequency will not exceed the reminders scheduled for your invoices.

We respect your privacy. Email addresses and message content are used solely to deliver invoice reminders on behalf of your service provider. We do not sell, share, or use your email address for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
